  • Etnográfica:
    One use nowadays is to describe colors not originally recognized in their color palette, such as blue: e.g., ngarnaringiis for blue, i.e., greenish.
  • Gramatical:
    Derivational suffixe meaning 'sort of' used with adjectives such as 'ngarngaringis' (greenish). Many adjectives ends with that sounds without being sure it is actually derivational. See also '-isang', that seems to be a variant of '-is'.
