Etnográfica: To make this soup you have to put the ahi in hot water until the shells open, and then you have to pick out the ahi and clean off the sand. Then you grate green plantain and cook it in the water to make the thick soup base. Add seasonings you have such as salt, black pepper, sweet red pepper, onion, culantro, and at the end you add the ahi. Mostly eaten by Ramas that live in Monkey Point and Cane Creek.
